    Spin bike cost is not much as well as it’s highly recommended for those who are noobie in the gym and fitness world. Even all the gym trainer this days advice their new clients to use the spin bike for min 2 – 3 months before doing anything else.

    I myself trained a bunch of clients with the spin bike and later they got amazing results with it.

      Yes, Cycling is a really very good method for weight loss. But for that, you need work hard and sweat heavily. The high- intensity cardio is an efficient way to burn calories. Pedaling gives you some resistance training, too. If your only exercise is spinning then you will need to add more resistance training 2,3 times a week. If weight loss is your primary goal.
      Well, outdoor cycling is considered as better than indoor as you also get the intake of fresh air and the oxygen level get increased. Which results in freshness in mood and activeness.
