,Jenns told, As Lunch is the biggest meal she ate for lunch foods like arugula salad with grilled asparagus or the zucchini with meat.
Generally, the hamburger patty or the chicken which is grilled.
And when ever she felt like hungry, she ate snack which includes almonds or the macadamia nuts or the cottage cheese.
And then she at 6 pm she started her fast. And also drinks lot of water until she go to sleep at near about 10 pm.
She drinks coffee at 8 am and end her fast at 11 am.
