#01 – DAY ONE
∙ All you can have is fruits with the limitation of not eating a banana amongst the fruits.
#02 – DAY TWO
∙ All you can have is veggies in either raw or cooked form.
#03 – DAY THREE
∙ Now you can have both the veggies and fruits except banana and potatoes.
#04 – DAY FOUR
∙ All you need to eat for the entire day is six large or small eight bananas.
∙ Three glasses of low-fat milk.
#05 – DAY FIVE
∙ Brown rice, six tomatoes, lean source of protein through lean meat like chicken, fish, beef.
∙ Vegetarians can replace meat with the cottage cheese.
#06 – DAY SIX
∙ Unlimited amount of vegetables
∙ 10 ounces of the lean source of protein allowed
∙ Water-take increase for flushing out the extra uric acid formed through the meat.
#07 – DAY SEVEN
∙ Brown rice, fruits, and vegetables.
Note: No specific amount for quantities has been recommended.
Other essential guidelines to follow:
1. No sweeteners to be taken, you can take green tea and black coffee.
2. If you are vegan, you can consume soy milk instead of regular milk.
3. No alcohol and high-calorie foods.
4. No beans in vegetables due to their high-calorie level.
What was the result on people who tried the GM Diet?
Undoubtedly, they lost tremendous weight within the first week.
Some lost 10 pounds and some less or higher depending on what they ate and how their bodies reacted.

1. The science of Weight Loss
For anybody to lose his weight, the standard procedure that there is to consume a diet in a way so that you have a calorie deficit. But the real question is how much calorie deficit should undertake?
The answer is not by too much in the beginning process. You are supposed to take it further gradually and not rapidly.
This diet asks you to be in a calorie deficit at a vastly rapid level which is dangerous. You have to bring your calories down gradually but not at this pace.
2. Outdated Concept – As rumored, the diet was made back in 1985, and since then there have been groundbreaking researches on fat loss mechanisms.
3. The GM diet promotes weight loss and not fat loss.
4. Muscle loss – You are avoiding protein for the first three days of the diet which will make you lose muscle each day, and that is bad news to a very high extent.
5. Lack of salt – The standard amount of salt required to eat will not be completed in this diet plan. (Additional Tip: White salt is not good for your health but rock salt is)
