How to use Ab roller?
- Start on your hands and knees:
The proper technique to use this roller, you should start on the floor with hands and knees. But please don’t use the floor without mat for exercise. You have to roll by griping ab roller with both hands.
- Roll forward and contact your abs:
You should move forward in direction by holding the wheel roller on both sides. You have to roll hands, torso, and arms in the forward direction until feel that now you are not able to pull back up. You have to keep abs tight, hips stable and then lower back contracted.
- Hold the position for maximum two to three minutes:

Stability ball rollout:

- Extend arms in forwarding direction slowly.

Another level of difficulty occurs with kneeling rollout and abs. Instead of kneeling, you can hold grip underneath of shoulders, which results to do push-up position on toes. Before bringing hands back you have roll body in forwarding direction slowly.
You have to increase reps from two to five but it takes more time. Actually, reports of Rehab Research stated that this is a modified version which is mainly used for rehab people.
For a full stand up position, you have to roll wheels in the forward direction until your body is supported by toes and place your hands-on wheel.
Make sure, except toes all other body is not on the floor. Your arms can be outstretched. You have to repeat this position for three to five times.
