Ingredients needed – ½ cucumber, Lime with its peel taken off, 1 ½ cups of coconut water.
Recipe – Blend cucumber and lime in the mixer then strain the mix to get the juice out of it. Now add coconut water to it. Your drink is ready.
This is one of the most chilling drinks with the goodness of cucumber, lemon, and coconut. Lemon is a great source of fighting heat out of the body and cucumber keeps body fresh while coconut hydrates the body.
Gatorade Recipe
Ingredients – ½ cup lime juice, 1 cup orange juice, 3 cups of water, ½ tsp salt, 3 Table sp honey.
Recipe – Take the orange juice, lime juice, and water and blend it in the mixer. Then add salt and honey to it and mix all the ingredients well.

Ingredients – 2 full glasses of coconut water 1 quarter of watermelon along with its seeded, and A pinch of purified Himalayan sea salt

Chop the ginger in coins. The take water in a pan and bring it to boil. Add chopped ginger in the water and boil it for about 15 minutes. Let it cool down then. Now add liquid stevia in the same. Now take the remaining ingredients and mix them up well in the blender. Keep in the freezer until it cools down.
