28 Day Plank Challenge: You must often have witnesses fitness enthusiasts doing such fitness challenges to push themselves forward, but in all honesty is a clear-cut marketing strategy to influence people to engage more into fitness and I personally feel there is nothing wrong with that.
Yes, by creating a trend by the name of a 28 day plank challenge will help YouTubers, Bloggers like myself to earn money but that doesn’t mean there isn’t a silver lining to this trend.
Any form of exercise done regularly is meant to produce some kind of results in your body, and it doesn’t primarily have to be weight loss because doing an exercise also stimulates you mentally and emotionally.
28 Day Plank Challenge for Beginners
∙ You might lose belly fat (Assumption being you ate all the correct dietary stuff within this period)
∙ You will feel energetic as you progress through your challenge because you are giving tension to a lot of muscles while doing a plank which will result in having a good resting metabolism.
∙ You shall feel motivated and would want to incorporate other exercises as well.
∙ You might end up having a new perception or entirely new goals towards fitness because of the experience your body had over the course of twenty-eight days.
How to do a plank?For starters understand what a plank is and how does it benefit your body.
There are various types of planks that you can do but keeping in mind the most popular form of plank for beginners is the forearm plank. So you all will be doing a forearm plank for the straight twenty-eight days.
The position exactly looks like the one displayed in the schedule below.
To do a plank bring your body down parallel to the ground by placing your forearms in the position shown below. Elbows are to be aligned below the shoulders. This will give you tight sensation after some time once the resistance starts building up. I would suggest watching a clip on Youtube.

So it can be the same challenge done with different motives altogether. However, I have made this easy for you by defining the categories:
∙ A Newbie – By this I mean who is entirely new to any forms of exercise whatsoever or someone who is just interested in taking this challenge. However, I have one essential recommendation for all such enthusiasts.
Tip: I would recommend all the newbies to also incorporate a daily run into their plank challenge for one simple reason; you will have a far better body after a month. You will lose more weight and will be willing up to take an entirely new journey towards your fitness. This could actually change your life regarding fitness if you with all honesty complete this challenge.
∙ Someone with good exercising experience – If you are somebody who has followed fitness for a long time now, you might be healthy or either muscular, but you never reached the goal of having a lean body or have never been successful in losing the belly fat.
This is the challenge you should definitely take because all you have been doing is avoiding such core exercises. Some people often ignore or dislike the core exercises because they find them boring, well, this might be the opportunity or a platform you need.
